TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of reviveaestheticspa.co.za and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

We sell professional and medical-grade skincare and related products. We've made every effort to describe and photograph them accurately, but colours and packaging may appear differently on your screen, and manufacturers occasionally change formulations or packaging without notice.

Product information on this site is general information about the products we sell. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescribed medication, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, please speak to us or to your doctor before use. Always patch-test a new product and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

We may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or decline orders at our discretion.

3. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has been received and processed. If we can't accept or fulfil an order we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Please check your order carefully before submitting — once an order is accepted we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Products are sold for personal use, not for commercial resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Promotions may have their own terms; where those conflict with these terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error. We'll tell you if that happens.

5. Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery timeframes given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and we aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we'll trace it.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 are not limited by anything in these terms.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date. You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass or abuse anyone, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the site's security or operation. We may suspend or close your account if you do.

9. Our content

The text, images, logos, product photography and design on this site belong to Revive Aesthetic Spa or to our suppliers and licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.

Brand names and product images belonging to the brands we stock remain the property of those brands.

10. Reviews and things you send us

If you send us a review, photograph, comment or suggestion, you confirm it's yours to send and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and you give us permission to use it in our marketing. We may edit or remove anything we consider unlawful, offensive or inappropriate. We're not obliged to use or respond to anything you send.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Read their terms before dealing with them.

12. Errors

Occasionally there may be errors or omissions in product descriptions, prices, availability or delivery information. We may correct them and update or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been placed.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act for goods that are unsafe, defective or not fit for purpose.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the products bought through it, and our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
